Introducing the Newly Redesigned Snow Blade 75.

The newly redesigned SB75 is a completely different snow blade when compared to its predecessor, the SB60. It is taller, stronger, more operator-friendly, and more serviceable.

The moldboard is three inches taller and features a much deeper curve to roll more snow in front of the blade. Since you'll be pushing more, you'll be glad to know that we have immensely strengthened the entire assembly. The blade now has full-length Back Angle Braces and a heavier, braced Lower Frame to add strength across the full width of the moldboard.

To further add to the durability of this new snow blade, we've increased the width of the Inner Frame from 18" to 47", spreading all of the forces across a much wider area. Rectangular tubing replaces the formed, open channel of the previous design, adding substantial strength. The Inner Frame and Main Frames are now constructed with 3/8" A572 grade 50 steel, versus 1/4" for the previous model. These are connected using larger Cylinder Pins and Main Hinge pins, which are all greaseable. A small amount of lateral "float" has been engineered into the main hinge area to allow the blade to follow the contours of the ground for a cleaner scrape, and to minimize gouging.

Cross-tube hydraulic cylinders are used on the previous design (and many others currently on the market). We've seen issues with this and have gone back to the tried and true welded clevis hydraulic cylinders that we use on our Grapple Rakes. The use of welded clevis cylinders eliminates the cylinder pin bosses and extra long pins which can be prone to bending or breaking simply due to the shear forces that they experience during normal plowing conditions. We've moved the hydraulics up and away from the ground, and have simplified the hydraulic lines to reduce future issues or repair costs.

The optional Pin-on Box ends are taller, deeper, and stronger than on the old design, and the Height Extension is stronger and more affordable than past options.

The new design now uses full-length, standard snowplow trip springs, offering more protection to the blade and your machine. Fully functional trip stops add to the life of the trip springs by eliminating over-extension and reducing future costs. Along with the standard snowplow trip springs, we have designed this blade to use standard skid shoes allowing the use of off-the-shelf replacement parts when in a pinch.
