ANBO confirms the attachment, machine fitment, price, and freight before a custom order is placed on the production schedule.
Fitment and configuration
Product recommendations shown on the website are a starting point. ANBO confirms the machine, loader or carrier, mount, hydraulics, width, capacity, application, and any required measurements before finalizing a machine-matched configuration.
Quotes and deposits
Your written quote identifies the final product, configuration, pricing, freight, payment terms, and current production estimate. Unless the written quote states otherwise, a 50% deposit places a built-to-order attachment on the production schedule. The written quote and order confirmation control if they differ from general website information.
Production timing
Many ANBO attachments are built to order. Availability and lead time vary by product, configuration, material availability, and the current production schedule. In-stock units may ship sooner. ANBO will provide the current estimate with the quote and will communicate material changes when possible.
Freight and delivery
Freight is priced for the confirmed attachment and destination. Delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination and begins after the attachment is ready to ship. Customers should inspect the shipment at delivery, note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery record, retain packaging, and contact ANBO promptly if there is a freight concern.
Changes and cancellations
Contact ANBO immediately if machine information, mount requirements, destination, or project needs change. Changes requested after materials are ordered or production begins may affect price, freight, timing, or return eligibility. Custom-product returns are governed by the Warranty & Returns policy.
