Custom products

Custom-built products manufactured and delivered in accordance with the customer’s approved specifications and requirements, and free of material or manufacturing defects, are non-refundable and are not eligible for return credit. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all specifications and requirements before production begins.

If project or engineering changes are requested after manufacturing has begun or been completed, ANBO may, at its discretion, provide a quotation to modify the product.

Stock products

Approved stock-product returns require a Return Material Authorization from ANBO before shipment. The customer is responsible for return freight, and a 15% restocking fee applies to approved stock-product returns. Custom-built products are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. ANBO will cover approved return shipping only when the item is accepted under the two-year warranty.

Two-year warranty

ANBO provides a two-year manufacturer-defect warranty on new attachments manufactured by ANBO, beginning on the date of delivery to the original purchaser. During this period, ANBO will replace defective parts at its factory or authorized direct-dealer locations, provided returned parts are packaged to prevent damage.

Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by operation beyond rated capacity, misuse, neglect, improper hose use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, previously owned equipment, ordinary wear and maintenance, ground-engaging tools, fork tines, disassembled hydraulic motors, or hydraulic-hose damage.
